Charges

The use of deinetickets.de is free of charges for our customers.

We only charge a fee of 10 percent of the nominal value, but a maximum of EUR 2,10 (after tax) for every successfully transacted ticket. We will charge nothing for tickets which are not paid.

You are free to refund the fees in form of editable advance booking fees, or to include them in your ticket prices

You are free to design the advance booking fee for your customers.
